Thish paper introduced Liaoning earthquake catalogue＇s editing software and its usage, which is based on the MS Office Excel and MS Office Word. This software can establish the general catalogue and the report database. Furthermore, the established database structure is convenient for searching and the program processing. The data format changing program is also edited in the software, as well as the report printing program. And its transforming program can transform the report format as China Earthquake Administration required under the windows＇ environment, which is also suit for Liaoning earthquake prediction report format.
