文章分析了饮料瓶盖的紫外线杀菌、热水喷冲杀菌、臭氧杀菌、无菌水杀菌和电解液杀菌的杀菌方法。作者认为在生产过程中,针对不同饮料的成分特性和品质要求.应采用不同的瓶盖杀菌方案。
The author introduces ultraviolet sterilization, hot water spraying sterilization, ozone sterilization, sterile water sterilization and electrolyte sterilization used in beverage caps. According to the author, different cap sterilization method should be chosen according to the ingredient and quality requirement of beverage.
