本文主要比较无菌膜过滤、瞬时杀菌和隧道杀菌3种杀菌技术的不同之处.并列举出国内常用的生产线配置.以供读者参考。
This article mainly compares the difference among the technology of asepsis membrane filter, the technology of flash pasteurization and the technology of tunnel pasteurization, and enumerate the familiar scheme of product line which can be provide reference for the reader in internal.
