Effect of rehabilitation exercise on the brain natriuretic peptide and high-sensitive C-reactive protein levels of patients after coronary artery bypass

摘要 目的探讨康复治疗对冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)后患者脑钠肽(BNP)和超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的影响。方法将46例拟行CABG的住院患者随机分为两组,对照组术后行常规治疗,康复组在此基础上加行康复治疗。治疗前后检测两组血浆BNP和hsCRP。结果与对照组比较,康复组治疗后心率和血压差值减小(P<0.01),血浆BNP下降(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗可促进CABG后患者BNP降低,心脏功能提高。 Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation on the plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP)and high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP) levels in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG). Methods Forty-six patients who had plan to carry out CABG were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in control group were treated with routine drug, while the rehabilitation group were given rehabilitation treatment in addition to drug therapy. Heart rate(HR) , blood pressure( BP), BNP and hsCRP before and after movement were detected on day 15 after treatment. Results Compared with control group, changes of HR and BP equation in rehabilitation group and BNP levels were decreased in pre-and post-movement (P 〈 0.01, 〈 0.05). Conclusions Rehabilitation exercise can reduce BNP level and improve heart function of patients after CABG.
