用Y145C型气流仪快速测定棉纤维细度和成熟度系数

Measuring Cotton Fibre Fineness and Maturity Rapidly by Y145C Airometer

对采用定压式气流仪快速测定我国陆地棉纤维细度和成熟度系数的方法进行了探讨。统计分析结果表明我国广泛种植的各类陆地棉纤维的马克隆值、细度和成熟度系数之间存在很高的相关关系。采用Ｙ１４５Ｃ型气流仪在测定马克隆值的同时可以快速测定棉纤维细度和成熟度系数，测定误差小于±１０％。

Methods of testing China uplands cotton fibre fineness and maturity coefficient rapidly by constant pressure airometer is discussed.The statistical analysis shows that the accurate relations exist between the micronaire,fineness and maturity of uplands cotton fibre planted in wide field of China.The fineness and maturity Could be obtained rapidly while testing micronaire by Y145C airometer,the testing error is less than ±10%.
