摘要
对乙烯高压锅炉系统中存在的给水腐蚀、炉水结垢和炉水夹带等问题进行了分析,阐述了新型注剂控制炉水pH值、过剩氧及沉积物的反应机理,并介绍了该注剂的使用方法,通过注药前后各项检测数据对比,证明该注剂对提高蒸汽品质、降低系统腐蚀具有明显效果。
Some questions existing in the high pressure boiler water system such as corrosion,fouling and entrainment were discussed. A general solution to settle these questions was put forward. A new type of agent was used to control corresponding factors such as pH number,overplus oxygen and residual. The work mechanism of the agent and the usage of the agent were also discussed. The test data gained before and after addition of the agent were compared. The results show that the agent is effective to improve the quality of steam and decrease the corrosion rate.
