摘要
通过测试不同捻度下芳纶的强伸度,获得了其强伸度随捻度的变化规律,即与传统的纺织用原料相类似,芳纶同样存在临界捻系数,但很低,只有65左右,断裂伸长最多只增加1%,断裂强力最多可提高13%左右.由此可以认为通过加捻改善芳纶的可织性有一定的可行性.
By measuring the strength and elongation at break of kevlar,the law of the strength and elongation at break with the twist variation is obtained.It is similar to the traditional textile yarn and filament, that is, the kevlar has a critical twist factor.But it is very low—only 65. An increase in elongation at break is only 1%,and an increase in strength at break is up to 13%.So it is bedlieved that improving weaving properties of kevlar by twisting is feasible.
