摘要
本文通过电镜分析,重点对碱减量剥离超细涤/锦复合丝双组分的机理及工艺参数进行了研究.指出:在对超细涤/锦复合长丝进行碱减量剥离开纤处理时,应强调双组分热收缩效应和湿溶胀效应,适当控制涤纶纤维的水解反应和表面的溶蚀现象.
According to electron micrograph, the split mechanism of alkali deweighting method on superfine PET/PA composite fiber was researched as well as the technology parameters. The result indicates that the key influence factors include the effect of heat contraction and moisture swelling. Meanwhile,hydrolysis reaction and surface corrosion of polyester fiber are also discussed in this article.
