摘要
对影响假捻器假捻效果的各种因素进行了分析，同时结合对几种典型假捻器的测试比较，设计了新型假捻器，其假捻效果和适纺性能均达到满意的要求．
This paper analyses the factors which influence the effect of twisting. The author designs a new type false twist cap based on the comparison among some typical false twist caps. The false twist effect and the spinnability have reached the design requirments.
