摘要
以电子政务建设和政府创新为切入点,以国内外电子政务建设和政府创新理论成果为实践经验,以服务质量满意度模型为理论基础,以对南京市政府门户网站的用户调查为数据支撑,来研究电子政务对政府管理创新的推动作用,目的在于对我国现阶段电子政务建设中存在的问题进行分析,提出相应的对策,以便加速我国政府管理创新的进程。
This article starts from the relationship between E-government construction and governm- ent innovation, in the experience of theory achievements of E-government construction and government innovation, on the basis of satisfaction degree of service quality and in the data support of questionnaire survey of the users of Nanjing government portal to research the promotion to the govern- ment innovation by the E-government. The aim of the article is contributed to accelerate the procedure of our government innovation by analyzing the present problems in E-government construction in China and providing the solutions to the problems.
