Thinking on Constructing University Career Guidance System

大学阶段,是青年学生成长、成才、全面发展的重要阶段。有目标、有计划、科学地对大学生进行生涯辅导,对于提高学生的就业竞争力和未来职业发展能力具有重要的意义。文章构建了全过程、多路径的高校生涯辅导体系,探讨了实施内容及原则,引导学生自觉把大学生涯与未来事业发展联系起来,在成就自我的同时,实现个人价值与社会价值的统一。

Undergraduate period is most important for young students＇ growth. Purposeful, planned , and scientific career guidance is very significant for enhancing students＇ employment competitiveness and career development ability. This paper constructs a whole-course career guidance system of multi-paths and discusses its contents and principles. These will guide the undergraduates to connect their university period with future career development spontaneously and to combining their personal and social value while making themselves.
