大学生村官已成为当前推动农村社区发展和治理的一支重要力量,如果他们直接担任村党支部书记,可以改善村干部的年龄和素质,协调村党支部和村委会的关系,保障发展党员程序的公正性和农村党建工作的正常化,推动村团组织活动的正常开展等。
