摘要
从指挥艺术的内涵出发,分析高速公路应急救援中心指挥人员存在的不足,提出"掌握下达指令的技巧和方法;强化沟通协调能力,讲究情绪调控艺术;树立人格权威,果断下达指令;制定合理的工作流程,增加执行力"等提高指挥艺术的途径,对高速公路救援工作具有积极的意义。
Proceeded from the connotation of commanding art, the limitation of commanders in expressway emergency succor center is analyzed, such approach to advancing commanding art as ＂master the skills and methods of dictating, consolidate the ability of communicating and harmonizing, be particular about emotion regulation and control art, build up personality authority, issue orders decidedly, establish rational work flow, enhance executive power＂ is proposed, which has positive effect on expressway succor.
