通过对科学发展观和行业特色型大学的内涵解析,指出核心竞争力缺失是传统发展观统领下行业特色型大学存在问题的根本原因,阐述了深入学习实践科学发展观,加强大学核心竞争力的培育,是当前行业特色型大学改革与发展的重要任务,探讨了在科学发展观视域下行业特色型大学核心竞争力培育的形成机制与培育途径。

This article analyzes the connotation of the Scientific Outlook on Development and industry characteristics institutions of higher learning,points out that lack of core competitiveness is the cause of problems that existing in the industry characteristics institutions of higher learning led by the traditional outlook on development. Then the article points out studying and practicing the Scientific Outlook on Development and strengthening the cultivation of core competitiveness are the significant task for reform and development of the industry characteristics institutions of higher learning. Lastly,the article stresses the mechanism forming and the method of cultivation of the core competitiveness of the industry characteristics institutions of higher learning under the horizon of the Scientific Outlook on Development.
