摘要
指出我国农村基础设施建设采用BOT等新型投融资方式对弥补农村基础设施建设传统财政投资规模的不足、提高农村基础设施建设质量、培养新型管理人才和技术人才等具有积极的意义,深入分析了我国农村基础设施建设采用新型投融资方式具备的有利条件,同时也探讨了可能面临的问题。
This article mainly discusses the significances and the favorable conditions of the application of new methods of investing and financing the rural infrastructure＇s construction. Moreover, the possible difficulties in the implementation are discussed here.
