摘要
通过构建模型,指出工作搜寻成本、市场工资水平、劳动力市场信息对大学生就业的影响,提出政府、高校和大学生在解决大学生就业困境中应采取的措施。
By building a model, this paper pointed out the impact of the job search costs, the market wage level and the labor market information on the employment of university students, and put forward the measures should be adopted by governments, universities and students to get out of the plight of graduate employment.
