某化工厂加氢裂化装置职业卫生学调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:识别、评价、控制生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素。方法:依据《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》,采用现场调查法、检查表法和检测检验法对该厂的职业病危害因素及防护效果进行评价。结果:该厂作业场所主要存在硫化氢、石油气、汽油、噪声等职业病危害因素。各岗位硫化氢<0.03 mg/m^3,液化石油气最高值<663 mg/m^3,汽油最高值<131 mg/m^3,噪声介于61.0~88.6dB(A)之间。结论:该厂职业病有害因素职业病防护设施合理,各岗位职业病有害因素浓(强)度均符合国家标准要求。 [Abstract] Objective: To identify, evaluate and control the factors of occupational hazards produced in the production process. Method: Based on "The standard for the assessment of occupational disease hazards in construction projects", the methods of the site investigation, table test and detection test was used to evaluate the factors of the occupational hazards and protective effect of the factory. Rusult: The workplace of the facory mainly exist hydrogen sulfide, liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline, noise and other occupational hazards. At all the positions, hydrogen sulfide is less than 0.05 milligrams per cubic meter. The highest value of liquefied petroleum gas is less than 665 milligrams per cubic meter, the highest gasoline is less than 151 milligrams per cubic meter and noise is between 61.0 and 88.6 decibel. Conclusion: The protection facilities of the occupational hazards in the factory are reasonable. The concentration (density) of occupational hazards at every position is in line with national standards.
