The Analysis and Countermeasures on the Undergraduate's Integrity Status

本文通过对大学生诚信状况的调查,从社会、制度、教育层面客观分析了造成大学生诚信缺失的原因,从高校教育和管理的角度出发,提出了加强大学生诚信教育的原则与思路,包括:结合大学生身心特点,遵循主体性原则;以动态的眼光遵循发展的原则;完善奖惩长效机制,遵循自律与他律并举的原则。

In this paper, according to the investigation of university students＇ integrity status,the author objectively analyzed the reasons why the undergraduates are lack of credibility from the perspectives of social, institutional, educational level. Starting from the college education and management, this article put forward the principles and ideas to improve the credit education to the undergraduates,which include the student-oriented principle which combines their physical and psychological characteristics, the principle of dynamic development, the long-term reward and punishment mechanism, the principle of self-discipline combined with heteronomy.
