摘要
为了解决水钢并行棒材生产线的批次调度问题,建立了并行棒材生产线短期调度优化数学模型,该模型以最小化轧制单元拖延完成时间为目标,将企业的生产能力、现有订单状况、设备状况以及不同规格产品间的工艺调整时间作为优化求解的约束。实例分析结果验证了该模型的有效性和实用性。
In order to solve the batch scheduling problem of Shuicheng steel parallel bar production line, it establishes a optimization mathematical model of short - term scheduling. The model takes the smallest delay completion time of rolling units as the goal, the production capacity of enterprises, the existing orders, equipment and adjustment process time of products with different specifications as the optimal solution constrains. The analysis results of example verify the validity and practicability of the model.
