发动机用粉末冶金排气阀座无钴材料研究

摘要 对发动机排气阀座无钴材料进行了研究。试验中对粉末冶金排气阀座提出了一种无钴烧结合金的设计方案,并采用正交试验法对材料配方进行优选。试验表明,采用优选配方制造的排气阀座试样具有较好的力学性能,特别是高温力学性能,可用来代替含钴烧结合金。 It introduces the cobalt-free powder metallurgy(PM) exhaust valve seat insert in engine, shows a kind of solution to cobalt - free sintered alloy for PM exhaust valve seat insert with the experiment. The orthogonal test design is adopted to optimization of the compositions. Tests show that the optimal ingredient specimen has better mechanical properties, especially high- temperature mechanical properties, so it can be used to replace the cobalt sintered alloy.
