The article discusses the author＇s recent years＇ scientific and technological agricultural consulting and services, his participation in supporting poor areas with technology,, compiling practical technological materials and the targeted scientific and technological training. The practice shows that science and technology serving ＂farmers, rural areas and agriculture＂ in higher vocational colleges of agriculture can achieve the reciprocal win-win effect that the farmers can increase their production and income ;the teachers and students can enrich their knowledge and skills of practical production.
