摘要
本文从安阳非学历教育的现状出发,深入分析探讨安阳市非学历教育存在的问题,从各级政府、办学主体、社会力量、受教育者诸方面提出解决这一问题的方法和途径。
Based on the current situation of Anyang＇s non-diploma education,this paper analyzes and discusses its existing problems in-depth and then proposes some ways and means to solve the problems from the following aspects：governments of various levels ,the principal part of running schools, non-governmental sectors and the educated.
