建筑监理面临的问题及解决办法

The Existed Problems and the Solutions of the Supervision and Administration of the Building Trade

随着我国经济的不断发展,工程建设监理的地位日益提升,作用日益重要,但还存在不少问题。本文对当前监理单位存在的资质管理混乱,监理服务取费低,业主行为不规范,监理工作定位不准等问题进行了分析,并提出一些浅薄的见解。

In pace with the continuous development of the economy, the positoin and the functions of the supervision of the building construction are becoming more and more important. But many problems still exist. This paper firstly analyses such problems as the confusion of the qualification administration existing in the supervisory units,the low charges of supervisory- service,the proprietors＇nonstandard actions,the inaccurate fixed position of supervisory work etc,and then this paper gives the views to resolve the above problems.
