目前上海通信铁塔建设过程中,存在土建工程造价相比外地其他地区高出较大的客观现实。就这一问题,本文从自然情况、材料选型、历史成因等多方面情况入手作了简单分析。同时给出了对于减低工程造价而言,可行性较强的建议,供后续工程借鉴参考。

In the process of current steel antenna tower construction in Shanghai, the civil construction cost is much higher compared to other parts in China.In accordance with the aspects of nature situation, material selection, history reason and etc, this article has simply analyzed the issue.In addition, it also provides the feasible recommendation on reduction of project cost, which can be referred in the future works.
