Design of an Automatic Detector for Knotted Points in Hand Knitting Yarn

根据羊毛团绒盒装质量标准,要求在线检测团绒线结,控制线结数少于2～3个/盒。利用光电检测原理,设计检测线结信号抑制其它信号的电路,对线结进行计数显示,依此分装团绒,以提高团绒成品质量。

The hand knitting yam quality standard requires the number of the knotted points to be less than 2 or 3 per -package. A photo - electric detector is designed here to count these knotted points and then the yams are classified. Only the qualified yarns will be packed and thus the yam quality in package is improved.
