摘要
媒介核心竞争力是媒介组织所特有的支撑自身可持续发展的内在智能体系,其关键因素是人。媒介激励机制的特征表现为根据知识型员工的需要进行激励、针对员工的创造性进行激励,并围绕自我管理进行授权激励。同时从知识架构的经营能力、角色定位的应变能力、持续发展的创新能力以及系统资源的整合能力四个方面分析了激励机制所起的重要作用。
The core competence of the media is unique to the media organizations that supporting the sustainable development of their own internal intelligence system, which the key factor is person. The characteristics of media incentive mechanism are based on the need of the knowledge - based staff, the inspired creativity for employees and the self- management authority on the incentives. This paper analyzes the important role of the incentive mechanism from four aspects. They are the managing ability of knowledge framework, the adaptable ability of the role location, the sustainable development of the innovative ability and the integrative ability to system resources.
