“两型”社会建设背景下的湖南发展思路探究

The Investigation of Hunan's Development Pattern Under the Background of the "Two-oriented Society"

长株潭城市群作为湖南省发展的核心地区,应利用"两型社会"建设的机会带动湖南省的发展。湖南省的发展思路要在长株潭两型社会建设的带动下,建设区域中心城市辐射带动、拓展生产力布局框架、借助对外开放促进对内搞活、优化调整行政区划。要改进湖南产业结构,调整空间布局,优化成长机制,走又好又快的发展道路。

The city group of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, as the core region in the development of Hunan province, should take the opportunities of constructing the ＂two- oriented society＂ to promote the development in Hunan province. Hunan province aims at developing its society and economy with approaches driven by ＂two -oriented society＂ construction including building radiation zone of regional center, expanding the framework of production capability, promoting the domestic market through opening to the outside world, optimizing the adjustment of administrative divisions. In order to take the new road to better and faster development, we should improve the industrial structure, adjust the layout of space as well as optimize the growth mechanism.
