摘要
用微波方法制备了[bm im]PTSA离子液体,并应用于催化合成乙酸正戊酯反应中,研究了影响酯化反应的各种因素。结果表明:离子液体[bm im]PTSA是该酯化反应良好溶剂和催化剂,离子液体用量15mL,醇酸摩尔比1.2∶1.0,反应时间1.5h,酯化率达96.7%。离子液体易分离回收,可重复使用。
[ bmim ] PTSA ionic liquid was prepared under microwave irradiation and to synthetic n - amyl acetate with it as catalyst. The different reaction condition influencing on the eserification were discussed. The results showed that the ionic liquid is good solvent and acetate of the reaction. The optimized condition are follow: [ bmim] PTSA is l SmL, the mole ratio of alcohol to acid is 1.2: 1.0, the reaction time is 1.5h . The esterification yield is 96.7%. The ionic liquid could be isolated from other matters and repetition use.
