摘要
以教育统计学、教育测量学理论为基础,针对医学考试"大样本"的特征,以选择适合医学考试量化的指标为重点,重构了医学考试质量评价指标体系。根据考试反馈教育目标、角度的不同,将考试质量量化分析指标体系划分为试题测量、试卷测量及成绩测量三个方面,并依此建立了医学考试质量量化分析评价的数学模型。
According to the "large sample" feature of medical examinations, we have reconstructed a medical examination quality evaluation index system based on the theory of educational statistics and measurement, emphasizing the selection of a suitable quantitative index of medical examinations. According to the education goal, exam feedback from different angles, we divided medical examination quality evaluation indexes into three aspects: test item analysis, test paper analysis and test score analysis, and established a mathematical model of examination analysis quality.
