摘要
为了进一步开发丙纶远红外保健纺织品染色新品种,对丙纶远红外保健织物进行了浓硫酸和次氯酸钠前处理试验;对其不同染料的染色,包括分散染料常温常压与高温高压染色作了比较。试验证明,高温高压染色工艺得色深,织物的主要染色牢度达到实用要求。
In order to develop far-infrared healthy polypropylene textiles, the pretreatment with H2SO4 (concentrated) and NaClO were carried out. Different dyes as well as different dyeing processes were compared. The dye yield of high temperature pressure process was proved to be the highest.
