摘要 简略比较了各种腈纶染色方式的技术经济效益,介绍了腈纶凝胶染色工艺及其影响因素,进一步说明了各单体、催化剂、添加剂以及控制方式对色纤质量的重要作用,强调了能达到满意染色效果的三维红外能区选色理论及其调色公式。 Gel dyeing is one of the important method to obtain coloured polyacrylonitrile fiber. The technology and economic results of all dyeing methods were simply compared. The dyeing process and its effective factors were introduced. The important role of each monomer, catalyst, additive and control methods to dyed fiber was further explained. The satisfied dyeing result can be achieved by using the three dimensional infrared colour selection theory and colour mixing formula.
