Since 1993, American lawyers have brought 36 cases against MNC human rights infringement into litigation based on Alien Tort Law of 1789 America Judiciary Act. Although most of the case were dissolved by U.S. courts, Alien Tort Law was still regarded as a breakthrough to regulating and supervising MNC by human right organizations, scholars , lawyers and victims of human right abuse in the absence of international regulation and surveillance. By focusing on Alien Tort Law, we can sense that American Judiciary field would like to restrict the law herein and we can also get to know hot spot in America.
