摘要
以学校为研究层面,借鉴企业和行政管理领域关于执行力的研究成果,针对普通中学体育政策执行力现状进行了初步调查。研究发现:校长的重视程度、体育教师的知识、素质和能力是个人执行力的薄弱环节;现有学校组织运行机制不利于学校体育政策的有效执行;政策本身的滞后性在一定程度上阻碍了执行的力度;执行资源仍是困扰我国学校体育政策执行力提升的主要因素。
Taking school as a subject, with those achievements on executiveness studies on enterprises and executive fields as backgrounds, this paper makes a study on the executiveness of general secondary school sports policy. This paper finds that the principal's emphasis, the knowledge and competence of PE teachers are weak factors in personal execution. The present organization and operating mechanisms are not helpful to the execution of sports policies. The clearness of policy itself decreases the difficulties in execution. Execution resources are still obstacles on the way to improve executiveness.
