摘要
涤棉混纺织物的燃烧性基础研究近二十年中进行了大量工作,促进了阻燃整理工艺技术的进步和发展。本文对涤棉混纺织物阻燃整理工艺技术中的磷氮系部分,就涤棉混纺织物燃烧行为的分析,阻燃现象及其评价和阻燃方法、磷氮系阻燃技术在涤棉混纺织物上的应用开发等作了评述。其中对涤棉混纺织物阻燃整理的有关新工艺,即:THPN工艺、膦盐-膦酰胺缩合物工艺、Nonnen C-617工艺、Fyrol 76工艺、UF-DAP工艺等作了具体介绍。
In this paper,the author analysed the burning behaviour of T/C blends flame retardant finish and its evaluation. P-N flame retardant techniques for T/C blends were introduced. The new technology such as THPN,phos-phonate-phosphonoamide condensation compound,Nonnen C-617,Fyrol 76 and UF-DAP were introduced in details.
