征占用林地对生态环境的影响及评价

Study on the effects and evaluation of ecological environment of requisitioned and occupied forest land

论述了征占用林地对生态环境影响评价必要性及其意义的基础上,分析了征占用林地对生态环境影响,建立了征占用林地对生态环境影响评价指标体系,提出利用层次分析法在征占用林地对生态环境影响评价中确定指标权重的方法,且制定了评价标准,采用综合评价模型计算的方法计算评价结果,分两个阶段评价其可行性,为征占用林地可行性研究提供借鉴。

Based on the discussion of the necessity and significance to assess the influence of requisitioned and occupied forest land on the ecological environment, the impact of requisitioned and occupied forest land on the ecological environment were analyzed. The index system which assessed the impact of requisitioned and occupied forest land on the environment were set up. A method which make use of analytic approach of the level on assess the impact of requisitioned and occupied forest land on the ecological environment to determine the weight of the target was put forward, and a evaluation criteria was worked out. A method which calculated integrated assessment model to assess results ,which developed in two-stage evaluation of the feasibility and provide reference for the feasibility study of requisitioned and occupied forest land.
