睾丸扭转21例诊治分析

Clinical Analysis of 21 Cases with Testicular Torsion

目的探讨睾丸扭转的特点,加强对睾丸扭转的重视程度,提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析21例睾丸扭转的临床资料。结果2例病程小于6h患者先采取手法复位,1例复位成功后手术证实睾丸存活并实行睾丸固定术,1例手法复位失败后改手术探查;其余19例均行手术探查术。在探查的20例中,14例因睾丸坏死切除,6例行患侧睾丸固定术。21例患者均行对侧睾丸固定术。结论提高临床医生对睾丸扭转的重视程度,做到早发现,早检查,及时手术探查。术中术后使用抗自由基药物是避免睾丸坏死和术后不影响生育功能最好的方法。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of testicular torsion and to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of testicular torsion. Methods The clinical data of 21 cases with testicular torsion were analyzed retrospectively. Results Two cases who suffered from attack within 6 h firstly underwent manual reduction, one reseted orchidopexy after successful manual reduction and the other changed to surgical exploration after the failure of manual reduction. The remaining 19 patients directly received surgical exploration. Among 20 patients surgical explorations,14 cases underwent orchiectomy and 6 orchidopexy. All patients underwent contralateral orchidopexy. Conclusion Careful attention should be paid to patients with testicular torsion. Early detection, early inspection, and timely surgical exploration are the key of improving therapeutic effect.
