Analysis of Antibiotics Administration Situation by 1011 Copes of Prescriptions for Outpatients

目的了解门诊西药处方中抗菌药物的使用现状,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法随机抽取2008年12月份门诊处方1011张,对抗菌药物应用情况进行调查分析。结果门诊抗菌药物的使用率为48%,其中89%为单用1种抗菌药物,11%为2种抗菌药物联用,未见3种抗菌药物联用。一线、二线抗菌药物的使用分别占20.5%、79.5%,未见三线抗菌药物的使用。结论抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但仍需进一步改进、提高。

Objective The purpose of this paper is to investigate the administration situation of antibiotics for outpatients in our hospital, so that rational use of antibiotics could be promoted. Methods 1 011 copies of outpatient prescriptions in December of 2008 were randomly selected in our hospital, and the administration of antibiotics was investigated. Results The administration rate of antibiotics in outpatient service was 48%, in which the rate of single antibiotics administration was 89%, and the rate of concomitant administration was 11%, while there were no three antimierobial drugs or above used in combination. The proportion of first-class antimierobial drug use was 20.5%, and second-class was 79.5%, while third-class were not seen used. Conclusion The administration of antibiotics is rational basically, however, there is still room for promotion in this area.
