摘要
目的研究高温致神经管畸形的大鼠模型神经管组织比裂酶原注化蛋白激酶(MAPKS)信号传导通路的作用。方法对高温处理后的孕鼠的不同发育阶段的胚胎进行MAPKS信号传导通路中的蛋白免疫组织化学染色,观察其在各期胚胎的神经上皮、其周围间充质、内界膜和脊索中的分布和变化。结果在高温处理后各期胚胎的上述结构中,MAPKS信号传导通路中的ERK、JNK、P38免疫组织化学染色均有不同程度的减弱,不同发育阶段及不同的结构的着色强度不同。结论提示,MAPKS信号传导通路在高温致神经管畸形中起重要作用。
Objective To study the role of MAPKS signal transduction pathway ot high temperature-induced neural tube defects in rats. Methods High-temperature treatment of pregnant rats after the different developmental stages of embryos MAPKS signal transduction pathway of protein were observed in the period of embryonic neural epithelium and surrounding mesenehyme, internal limiting membrane and the notoehord in the distribution and changes by immunohistochemical staining. Results After treatment at high temperature phases of the above-mentioned structure of embryos, MAPKS signal transduction pathway of ERK, JNK, P38 immunohistochemical staining diminished in varying degrees at different developmental stages and different structure of different shading intensity. Conclusion MAPKS signal transduetion pathway plays an important role in the development of high-temperature-induced neural tube defects.
