西黄消癥胶囊联合化疗在Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌治疗中的应用

Application of combination of Xihuangxiaoliu capsule & chemotherapy with Vinorelbine and Cisplatin in the treatment of patient with stageⅢ non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨西黄消癥胶囊联合长春瑞滨和顺铂(NP方案)新辅助化疗在Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌治疗中的疗效。方法对本院2004年1月-2009年1月104例Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者进行回顾性研究,随机分为两组:试验组53例,同期对照组51例。两组患者在术前经细胞学或病理确诊为非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC),术前确定肺癌局限于一侧胸腔,无对侧纵隔淋巴结转移,属ⅢA、ⅢB期肺癌,未接受过化、放疗,且经全面检查评价能耐受外科手术者,随机分组。试验组给予口服西黄消癥胶囊配合NVB+DDP化疗两周期,对照组则术前单纯行NVB+DDP化疗两周期。术后均根据P-TNM分期和组织学类型结果,给予术后4周期化疗或/和1疗程的胸部放疗。实验组口服西黄消癥胶囊每次3粒,每日3次。结果试验组和对照组的有效率分别为88.68%和72.55%,两组具有显著差异(P<0.05);试验组和对照组的临床分期下降率分别为67.92%和47.06%,两组具有显著差异(P<0.05);试验组和对照组的术后并发症发生率分别为13.21%和39.22%,两组具有显著差异(P<0.05);化疗毒副反应发生率试验组少于对照组,其中恶心呕吐、Ⅲ/Ⅳ度白细胞降低及肝功能损害的发生率具有显著差异(P<0.05);手术切除率试验组(98.11%)高于对照组(94.12%),但无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论西黄消癥胶囊联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌,可增加疗效,提高患者生存质量,减轻化疗毒副反应,降低手术并发症的发生率。

Objective To explore the application of combination of Xihuangxiaoliu capsule ＆ chemotherapy with Vinorelbine and Cisplatin for stage Ⅲnon-small cell lung cancer. Methods 104 patients in our hospital from January 2004 to January 2009 were conducted retrospective analysis. There were 53 in the experimenatal group and 51 in the control group. The experimental group and the control group were definitely diagnosed NSCLC through cell and pathology. After systematically checked, they were dignosed as Ⅲ A, Ⅲ B lung cancer. The experimental group and the control group had also been given two course of treatment of NVB＋DDP chemotherapy before operation .But the control group had been treated with Xihuangxiaozheng capsule. Results The response to the experimental and control group were 88.68% and 72.55% . The clinical falling rate （The number was 67.92% and 47.06%） and complication rate after operation of the experimental group（the number is 13.21% and 39.22%, P〈0.05） were both higher than those of the control group. The negative effect of chemotherapy of the experimental group was also lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The combination of Xihuangxiaozheng capsule ＆ chemotherapy with Vinorelbine and Cisplatin for stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer before operation was helpflu to the patients, to decrease the tumor aging, to increase the hope of treatment for the patients, to improve the living standard of the patients in the long run. It is worthwhile for us to ase the therapy in the clinical practice.
