摘要
从专业能力、方法能力和社会能力等方面对高职护生的临床综合能力的内涵,从理论框架、培养目标和社会需要等方面对高职护生的临床综合能力的构建依据进行了分析论证,以期为护理教育者对高职护生临床综合能力评价体系的建立提供理论依据。
This paper analyzes the connotation of high occupational nursing students' clinical comprehensive ability through the professional ability, methods ability and social ability, the construction basis of high occupational nursing students' clinical comprehensive ability was analyzed through theoretical framework, training goals and social needs, in order to provide theory basis for nursing educators to establish the assessment system of high occupational nursing students' clinical comprehensive ability.
