正畸乳胶牵引圈力值衰减的试验研究

摘要 目的探讨3种正畸乳胶牵引圈在不同条件下力值随拉伸时间的衰减规律。方法选择临床正畸常用的3种圈内径(3/16、1/4、5/16)英寸的乳胶牵引圈,用Instron万能材料力学实验机测量这3种圈内径的乳胶牵引圈内径分别拉伸到20、30、40、50mm时的初始力,保持上述4种拉伸长度,将它们置于25、37、60℃的人工唾液中,测定它们在拉伸4、12、24、72h时的力值。结果乳胶牵引圈力值均在加力初始的4h内衰减最快,4~72h内衰减趋于稳定;高温显著加速乳胶牵引圈的力值衰减;在20~50mm拉伸长度下,随着拉伸长度的增加,乳胶牵引圈力值衰减的速度依次增加;圈内径越大,乳胶牵引圈力值衰减的速度越慢。结论圈内径越大,乳胶牵引圈力值衰减速度越慢。一般的口腔活动造成的乳胶牵引圈拉伸长度的增加对其力值衰减的影响不大,但患者应避免大张口。
