前列腺良恶性病变组织中CD24和CD133的表达及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究前列腺良恶性病变组织中癌干细胞标记物CD24、CD133的表达并探讨其临床病理意义。方法50例前列腺癌、10例前列腺良性增生、10例骨转移灶,2例肺转移灶,标本常规制作石蜡包埋切片,CD24和CD133染色方法为Envision。结果前列腺癌病例CD24、CD133表达阳性率明显高于前列腺良性增生组织(P<0.05或P<0.01),转移灶CD24、CD133表达与相应原发灶呈现高度一致性(P>0.05);CD24和CD133在前列腺癌Glea-son评分为8~10分的组织中的表达明显高于Gleason评分为5~7分的癌组织(P<0.05),Gleason评分为5~7分的癌组织明显高于Gleason评分为2~4分的组织(P<0.05)。CD24和CD133在10例骨转移和2例肺转移的前列腺癌组织中的表达明显高于非转移的前列腺癌组织(P<0.05)。结论CD24和CD133表达可能是反映前列腺癌发生、进展、生物学行为和预后的重要癌干细胞标记物,检测前列腺良性病例CD24和CD133表达水平对预防和早期发现前列腺癌可能有一定的临床价值。
