江西省乡镇卫生院基本设施建设现状调查分析

Investigate Analysis of the Infrastructure Current Situation of Township Health Hospitals in Jiangxi Province

目的了解江西省乡镇卫生院的基本设施建设现状,为卫生行政部门制定区域卫生规划、合理配置卫生资源、卫生事业的科学决策提供科学依据。方法采用普查方法对江西省所有乡镇卫生院基本设施建设现状进行调查。结果江西省2007年有乡镇卫生院1528所,平均每院业务用房面积为1177.84平方米,其中危房面积比为20.52%;平均每万农业人口床位数为5.65张;平均每院医疗设备装备为26.17台,平均每院有万元以上设备4.72台;平均每院有基本医疗设备种类配置率为57.49%;药品收入占业务收入为54.62%;财政补助收入占年总收入22.97%;平均每职工财政补助13129元;平均每职工业务收入38719元。结论完善乡镇卫生院财政保障机制,加大对乡镇卫生院投入;制订配置标准,及时为乡镇卫生院配置医疗设备。

Objective Understanding the infrastructur current situation of township health hospitals in Jiangxi Province, for health authorities to develop regional health planning, rational distribution of health resources, health care to provide the scientific basis for scientific decisionmaking. Methods By Census methods investigate the infrastructure current situation of all township health hospitals in Jiangxi Province. Results Jiangxi Province in 2007 have 1 528 township health hospitals,per health hospital area of business premises have 1 177.84 square meters, of which the dangerous area is 20. 52%; per million of agricultural population have 5.65 beds;Per health hospital have equipment medical equipment for 26.17 units,per health hospital have equiment medical equipment of more than 10 000 yuan for 4. 72 units;per health hospital the type of basic medical equipmentp has a rate of 57.49% ; pharmaceutical business income accounted for 54.62 % of income;financial assistance income accounted for 22.97 % of total income; per worker have 13 129 yuan of financial subsidies;per worker have 38 719 yuan of business income. Conclusions Perfect the finance safeguard mechanism, enlarge the invests of the township hospitals; make disposition standard to in time for township health hospitals eonfigurate medical equipment.
