The paper tries to analyzes the influential factors to the quality evaluation system of employment applicable to the new- build undergraduate colleges. It thinks that the factors should involve the personnel , the university management , the employers factors and social environment etc. In terms of the evaluation index, it concerns the working environment, professional counterparts, salary level , social security system , career development , psychological satisfaction ; The paper intends to calculate the weights by using the AHP approach in order to show the career development prospect which is seen as the most important factor to influence on the quality of employment.
