立足当今新经济形态——"文化经济"背景下的文化战略化国际趋势,阐释了文化软实力的多层次内涵,并从增强"文化凝聚力"、加大两岸和平统一的重要筹码和提升"文化生产力"、增强区域经济发展的推动力两个路径展开对泉州文化战略的思考。

Under the circumstance of cultural economy , the paper tries to study the development strategy of culture in Quanzhou City , Fujian Province . It interprets the essence and nature of soft power of Chinese culture and deliberates how to exercise the cultural development strategy in Quanzhou City in order to boost the cohesion in culture and to increase productivity of cultural sector. The purpose is to strengthen the driving force to boost the regional economic development.
