Prevention and Emergency Treatment of Typical Leak Accidents of Hazardous Chemicals

针对危险化学品泄漏事故,从泄漏的可能性评估、预防泄漏的装置及管理、泄漏事故的状态评估、泄漏处置准备等几个方面,提出了危险化学品泄漏事故的预防及应急处置,应该从整体性进行考虑,使应急处置人员具备基本的危险化学品泄漏事故处置能力。

As for the leak accidents of hazardous chemicals, this paper offers that the prevention and emergency treatment of hazardous chemicals leak accidents should be considered comprehensively, and that stuff should have the basic abilities to treatment of chemicals leak accident from assessment of leak probability, assessment of units for leak prevention and their management, state of leak accidents analysis, and leak treatment preparation etc.
