2008年济南铁路职工艾滋病知识和态度的调查

Investigation and Analysis on AIDS Knowledge and Attitude among Workers in Ji'nan Railway System in 2008

[目的]了解铁路职工艾滋病相关知识和态度情况．检验之前的艾滋病知识宣传效果，为今后更有针对性地开展艾滋病健康教育提供信息基础。[方法]2008年，在济南铁路局所属机务段、工务段、电务段、车辆段、客运段、公安处．对铁路职工758名进行调查。[结果]调查758人，艾滋病相关知识知晓率与态度正确率为83．29％。其中．男性为84．53％，女性为80．29％（P〈0．01）；20～29岁为80．89％，30～39岁为83．74％，40～49岁为85．19％，50～60岁为84．05％（P〈0．01）；小学及以下文化为76．04％，初中文化为80．71％，高中／中专文化为82．17％．大专文化为84．25％．大学本科及以上为87．75％（P〈0．01）；机务段为83．08％，工务段为92．77％。电务段为85．60％。车辆段为93．60％，客运段为75．21％。公安处为78．90％（P〈0．01）。[结论]济南铁路职工艾滋病相关知识总的知晓率和相关态度正确率较高．并在不同性别、不同年龄段、不同文化层次、不同行业职工中存在一定差异。

[Objective]To understand the status of AIDS-related knowledge and attitude among workers in ji＇nan Railway Bureau, to test the formal propaganda effect on AIDS knowledge, provide basis for the targeted AIDS health education in the future. [Methods]758 railway workers from different department of ji＇nan railway system were investigated in 2008. [Results]Of the 758 workers investigated,the understanding rate of AIDS-related knowledge and the correct attitudes towards AIDS patients was 83.29%. It was 84.53% in male and 80.29% in female （ P〈0. 01）. It was 80.89% ,83.74%, 85.19%/00 and 84. 050/0 in people aged from 20 to 29,30 to 39,40 to 49 and 50 to 60 years old respectively （ P 〈0.01）. It was 76.04% ,80.71% ,82. 17% ,84.25% and 87.75% in the people at the education level of primary school,junior high school,senior high school, institutions of higher education and undergraduate education respectively （ P 〈0.01）. It was 83.08,%,92.77%,85.60%/00,93.60%,75.21% and 78.90% in the people from Maintenance Department,the Department of Public Affairs, Electric Department. Vehicle Department, Passenger Department and Public Security Department respectively （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The understanding rate of AIDS related knowledge and attitudes towards AIDS patients was high in railway workers in Ji＇nan. There was a difference in the people with different sex, age, educational level and occupation.
