摘要
[目的]了解小学生的生长发育与营养状况.发现存在的问题,以便采取措施提高小学生的健康水平。[方法]2007年8~10月,对平阴县县城2所小学、乡镇1所小学的小学生进行身高体重检测与评价。[结果]合计调查6979人,身高上等的占31.36%,下等的占1.88%;体重上等的占48.45%,下等的占1.32%;营养不良的占13.84%,肥胖的占12.05%。体重上等者所占比例县城小学生高于乡镇小学生,体重下等者所占比例县城小学生低于乡镇小学生,营养不良率县城小学生低于乡镇小学生,肥胖率县城小学生高于乡镇小学生(P〈0.01)。身高上等者所占比例与体重上等者所占比例均为男生高于女生.营养不良率女生高于男生,肥胖率男生高于女生(P〈0.01)。[结论]平阴县县城、乡镇小学生营养状况较好;城区学生营养过剩明显,乡镇学生营养不良者较多。
[Objective]To understood the status of growth,development and nutritional status among primary school students,Find out the problems, in order to take measures to improve the students health level. [Methods] Height and weight were tested and evaluated among 2 county primary school students and 1 town primary school students from August to October 2007. [Results]Of the 6 979 students investigated,the students with taller height accounted for 31.36 %,with shorter height accounted for 1.88% ; The students with over body weight accounted for 48. 45%, light weight accounted for 1.32 %. The prevalence of malnutrition accounted for 13.84%, obesity accounted for 12.05%. The students with over body weight from county primary school were more than that the students from town primary school. The students with light body weight from county primary school were less than that the students from town primary school. The prevalence of malnutrition was lower among the students from county primary school than that the stude ntsfromtown. The prevalence of Obesity was higher among county primary school students than that from town ( P〈 0. 01 ). Male students with taller height and over weight were more than female. The prevalence of malnutrition was higher in female students than that in male students. While the prevalence of obesity was higher in male students than that in female students ( P 〈0. 01). [Conclusion]The prevalence of hypernutrition was obvious among county primary school students while the prevalence of malnutrition was higher among town primary school students.
