理肺润肠方与福松治疗结肠黑变病的临床对照观察

Clinical Comparison Observation of Melanosis Coli Treatment Using LiFei RunChang Fang and Forlax

目的:了解中药治疗结肠黑变病的临床疗效及结肠镜疗效,并与福松进行对照研究。方法:将30例诊断为结肠黑变病的功能性便秘患者随机分为中药组和福松组,分别给予中药和福松2个月,观察两组患者的临床疗效和结肠镜疗效。结果:中药与福松均可有效缓解患者的主要临床症状和肠镜下表现,但中药通过灵活加减,还可有效缓解其它伴随症状。结论:中药在治疗因服用蒽醌类泻药导致的结肠黑变病领域有很好的疗效。

Objective： Investigate the clinical curative effect and colon mirror effect of treating melanosis coli using Chinese medicine, and compare with the effects using Forlex.Methods： Randomly divide 30 patients with functional constipation diagnosed with melanosis coli into Chinese medicine group and Forlex group, treat with Chinese medicine and Forlex for two months and observe the two groups＇ clinical effect and examination result using colon mirror.Results： Both Chinese medicine and Forlex can effectively moderate patients＇ main clinical symptoms and observation result under colon mirror. However, through flexible close tuning, Chinese medicine can also moderate other accompanying symptoms.Conclusion： Chinese medicine has effective curative effect in treating me]anosis coli resultant from taking Anthraquinone-type laxative medicine.
