通心络配合西药综合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Curative Effect Observing of Tongxinluo Capsule Plus Routine Western Medicine Therapy for Angina Pectoris

目的:观察通心络胶囊配合西药综合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察。方法:78例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,两组均给予西药硝酸异山梨酯、美托洛尔、肠溶阿斯匹林等治疗,治疗组加用通心络。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组心绞痛与心电图改善总有效率94.74%,81.58%,对照组分别为77.5%,55.0%。经统计学处理P<0.05。结论:通心络配合西药综合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the curativeeffect of TongXinLuo eapsuie plus routine western medicine therapy for Angina.Pectoris. Methods：Seventy-eight patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in both 2 groups received isosorbide dinitrate, Metoprolol, enteric coated aspirin and so.on, patients in treatment group als.o received To.ngXinLuo.capsule. Results：Treatment group comparing with the control group, The total effective rate of angina pectoris and the improvement of ECG were 94.74%, 81.58%, the control group were 77.5%, 55.0%.. （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment with TongXinLuo capsule plus routine western medicine therapy for.Angina Pectoris is of significant curative effect.
